These terms govern the use of qapp.ro. By browsing the website or submitting a form, you confirm that you have read this information.

1. Purpose of the website

QAPP presents a platform and services for digitising processes, forms, quality analysis and Continuous Improvement. Information, demonstrations and examples are provided for presentation and educational purposes. They do not constitute a binding contractual offer, a guarantee of results or automatic certification of compliance with a standard.

2. Demonstrations and analyses

Calculators, dashboards, data, charts and results shown in the demo are illustrative unless a page expressly states otherwise. Correct statistical analysis depends on data representativeness, the chosen method, assumptions and process context.

Do not use illustrative results as the sole basis for safety, compliance, production, financial or other high-impact decisions. For a real process, rules, validation, input data and acceptance criteria are defined in the project.

3. Proposal requests and contracts

Submitting a form, selecting a package or receiving a confirmation e-mail does not create a contract. The final proposal, deliverables, included modules, integrations, timelines, price, support, hosting and responsibilities are agreed in writing before a project begins.

Displayed starting prices, where applicable, are indicative for the initial implementation and do not automatically include all integrations, data migration, customisations, hosting, maintenance or recurring services.

4. Permitted use

• You may use the website for information, solution evaluation and genuine enquiries.
• Do not attempt to disrupt the website, bypass security controls or submit malicious, false or spam content.
• Do not upload confidential data, passwords, classified information or other people’s personal data through public forms without a lawful basis.
• Do not copy, redistribute or systematically use QAPP content and demonstrations for commercial purposes without QAPP’s permission.

When creating an account, you must provide accurate information, keep your password confidential and not allow unauthorised persons to use the account. Demo access is personal, time-limited and may be suspended in case of abuse, attempted unauthorised access or breach of these terms.

5. Intellectual property

The QAPP brand, visual identity, texts, page structure, demonstration materials and website code are protected by applicable law. No licence is granted beyond the limited right to use the website under the conditions above.

6. External links and availability

The website may link to external resources such as methodological documentation. QAPP does not control the content, availability or policies of those websites. We may modify, interrupt or update website content for maintenance, security or improvement.

7. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, QAPP is not liable for losses resulting from the use of illustrative information without validation, temporary website unavailability, inappropriate input data or decisions made without analysing the real context. This limitation does not exclude liability that cannot be excluded by law.

8. Personal data

Processing of data submitted through forms is explained in the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with it, do not submit the form; you may contact us by e-mail for general questions.
